Polly-O

Polly-O cheese brand follows the traditions of Giuseppe Pollio who, in 1899, began making ricotta and mozzarella cheeses on New York's Coney Island, using the open-fire method of Italian cheesemakers.

The Polly-O line includes traditional mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, prepared with both whole milk and part skim milk, and string cheese. The brand also offers Lite and fat-free varieties of mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.
